Shopping & Shipping FAQ

Can I change my order?
Unfortunately, once you’ve completed your order, the order cannot be changed. If you need assistance with your order, please call 980-890-3354. Our hours of support are: Monday through Friday, 10am to 6pm EST; Saturday, 10am to 2pm EST.

Do you ship Internationally?
We do not ship outside the United States and U.S. Territories.

What is your shipping policy?
We do our very best to ship all orders for in-stock products within 2-3 business days.  Restocking could take 5-7 business days.  Sale books ship within 24 hours.

Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS, and shipping notifications are sent to you via email.  In cases where customers have entered P.O. Boxes as their preferred shipping address, we will ship USPS, and customers may experience slower delivery schedules.

As the costs of shipping continue to escalate beyond our control, we believe it’s fair to charge a flat shipping fee.

$5 Flat-Rate Shipping for the first book; $9 for two books; $12 for 3 books

Will I be charged sales tax?
You will be charged sales tax if your city/state tax charges sales tax for this type of product. 

Do you offer gift wrapping services?
Sorry, we do not.

ORDER TRACKING

We will email you the tracking number once your order is released to either USPS or UPS.  We encourage you to visit www.usps.com or www.ups.com to check on your tracking status.  If there is a problem with your shipment status, please call us and we will help as best as we can.

PRIVACY POLICY

We value the privacy of your personal information and we don’t share it with anyone.  All information entered by you on the site is encrypted by our payment processor with the highest level of security, and there too it is never shared with any other parties.

It isn’t our practice to bombard with emails and text messages about flash sales and other promotional activities.  If you’d like us to advise you of new releases, or if you’re looking for sale books on specific topics, please call or email us and we’d be happy to help.
